Construction Coordination
We understand that not every project is constraint free, and that planning, timing and budget can take control of your project.
Our wealth of local knowledge, experience with approval authorities in the Northern Rivers and our expansive connections with professionals in our industry ensures that the project goals can be achieved.

BCAtelier offer Construction Coordination services, involving the management between the builder and client. We can assist with the tendering process of finding the right fit to ensure the works are executed to perfection and meet BCAtelier’s high standards.
Throughout the build of your project, our team will conduct regular site inspections to ensure the works are meeting our deadlines and standards. We provide subsequent reports to inform the client and builder of any findings or suggestions. We work closely with the builder, assisting in sourcing quality materials, tending to any queries and providing additional drafting details to address any constraints revealed on site.
BCAtelier also offer photography documentation of the build and final results for our website. Access to these photos can also be arranged for third-party publishing.

BCAtelier engages in a collaborative process with external consultants to ascertain the best sitting, bulk, scale and character of your development. The Northern Rivers is characterised by planning and environmental constraints including bushfire, flooding, heritage, coastal erosion and biodiversity. We will work with the approval authorities in the confines of both State and Local legislation to assist your development in obtaining approval and in commencing construction.
Our aim is to hold your hand through the approval process, and work with any property constraints to achieve an outcome suited to your expectations. Often costly, time-consuming and onerous, the approval process in NSW can be a daunting part of your project.
Our team will guide you throughout this process, helping you prepare and obtain all necessary information for your applications, and lodge the required application via the NSW Planning Portal. Our planning services are tailored to accompany our designs, and we manage our designs to suit your approval pathway.
